Can I purchase directly from Acme Control Service?
Any individual or institution can purchase direct from Acme at end-user prices. Some factory authorized repair products may be restricted by agreement with the original manufacturer. Trade discounts are limited to boiler and burner manufacturers and service and installation companies.
Do rebuilt controls have a warranty?
All Acme rebuilt or reconditioned controls carry a 1 year warranty. Additional allowances for shelf life are considered on a case-by-case basis. All warranty request equipment must be shipped to:

How do I review my account activity?

How do I register for free technical support?
No registration is necessary. Simply log onto the Acme website and access the "Support" portion of the site. Once there you will find all options available for technical support. As an alternative, you can always call 800-621-6427 and ask for technical assistance.
